Sharat has 18+ years experience in strategy, corporate development and capital raising.  He has worked extensively within in-house corporate strategy, M&A divisions at listed financial service organisations in Australia, and more recently has been involved in capital raising for large transactions in the property and infrastructure sectors.  Sharat’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree with dual majors in Information Systems and Economics, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
